In the popliteal area, there is accordion molding that increase comfort while decreasing bunching. The support has a Lycra liner that has a breathable contact area for people who will use it for awhile. Latex free Small: 11-1/2" - 13" knee circ. Medium: 13" - 14-1/2" knee circ.
