this audible alarm attaches toa cane, walker, wheelchair or other ambulatory device.a loud, built-in alarm will activate when the ambulatorycare aid is tilted approximately 30°. or pressing one of thetwo easily accessible manual push buttons can activate it;one button is on the base of unit, while the other is attachedto the extension cord, which can be positioned where desiredon the ambulatory device. there’s approximately a 10-seconddelay in the activation of the tilt alarm to allowthe user to pick up the unit if it accidentallyfalls. requires two aa 1.5 volt batteries (included).
