features pneumatic assist cylinders that help recline the back from 90° to 180°. a folding triple-chrome plated frame has detachable, padded desk-length arms. the padded double-embossed vinyl upholstery is flame retardant. the tuffy reclining wheelchair also features adjustable toggle wheel locks, cam action swing-away detachable legrests, adjustable-length aluminum foot plates, and stainless side panels. removable headrest.
